Host a Course

We offer flexible hosting options designed for physical therapy clinics, associations, and organizations of all sizes. Whether you are training your in-house team or welcoming clinicians from the community, we make hosting simple, educational, and rewarding.

Our goal is to help clinicians think clearly and treat confidently while making it easy for you to bring advanced orthopedic physical therapy education to your region.

Open Registration Reimbursement

Small and Large Group Rate options allow the host to offset, or even generate profit, while expanding access to high quality orthopedic physical therapy education by opening registration to participants outside of their clinic/organization.

Host receives $500 per external sign-up
The total reimbursement from external registrations will be applied as a credit on the final invoice.

Travel & Logistics

All instructor travel fees within 450 miles of Sioux Falls, SD are included in your hosting rate. For locations beyond that radius, additional travel costs may apply and will be discussed before booking.

Courses Exceeding 30 Participants

A Teaching Assistant (TA) is required for groups over 30 participants. The TA ensures each participant receives individualized feedback, supervision, and hands-on instruction. (An additional TA fee applies; varies by location.)

Host Site Requirements

Treatment Tables: Power hi-lo tables preferred but not required.
Participant Ratio: 2 participants per table preferred; max 3 participants per table.
Pillows/Towels: For positioning and comfort.
AV Equipment: Projector and screen. Contact us if you do not have AV equipment available.
Refreshments: Host provides light morning refreshments (e.g., water, coffee, snacks).
